WHAT TO BRING
Bring your own sturdy backpack or we will provide one. Wear sturdy shoes or boots. Bring a water bottle (we will have water refill stations at the start/finish and at the midway point on the course). Customize your experience by choosing from three distance options, participate solo or as a team and choose how much weight to carry - 0, 10 lbs, 20 lbs, or 30 lbs (all weights are provided).

Solo Ruck
Choose from 4, 6, or 8 mile course. Courses will be marked on the day of the race. Kids under 6 race for free.

Team Ruck
4-6 people
Choose from 4, 6, or 8 mile course. Courses will be marked on the day of the race. Kids under 6 race for free.

All Abilitie Courses
Either solo (with an aid if desired) or with a team of 4-6 people.
This is a 1-mile route over mostly flat terrain with several challenges along the course.

RuckFest
Participants & spectators of all ages can enjoy the finish line festival, RUCKFEST, by visiting fun booths, enjoying our family friendly obstacle course experience & ordering yummy snacks from the food trucks.
